Question 1

What does PropWise AI actually automate?

Accepted Answer

Four scoped AI specialists: Ren works leasing leads, books tours and follows up so inquiries don't go cold; Sage surfaces the highest-impact operational actions across your portfolio ranked by dollar value; Penny follows up on past-due rent; Frankie triages maintenance tickets by severity and recommends the right vendor for your approval. Every action is queued for your approval.

Question 2

Does the AI take actions without approval?

Accepted Answer

No. PropWise AI runs an approval-first workflow — the agents draft, rank and queue work, and a human approves before anything goes to a resident, vendor or ledger.

Question 3

Is there a free trial?

Accepted Answer

Yes — a 14-day free trial. A card is required at signup and is charged only when the trial ends, unless you cancel first.
